New patio in Heald Green Stockport

Planet Surfacing recently installed a new patio in Heald Green Stockport. Our clients opted to have a pattern imprinted concrete patio which is a great low maintenance option but has a stunning appearance, and there are so many pattern and colour combinations to choose from, that an outstanding feature of having a pattern imprinted concrete patio is, you can make it bespoke to you.

Our clients chose to have their new patio printed in Ashlar and coloured in Steadman with mahogany release. You can see what this pattern and colour combination looks like from the photographs included. They were happy to allow us to design something special for them and to use the pattern imprinted concrete to good effect.

For this new patio area at the back of our client’s home we decided to incorporate many features to add interest to the space. As you can see from the photographs this included lovely curved edges separating the new patio from the borders and a nice curved step leading to the raised part of the patio. There was a brick trim which defined the edges of the patio and a small brick wall which allowed for flower beds. Across the other side of the garden was another raised patio area.

As an additional feature we incorporated an acid stained compass. It’s including things like this that personalise your patio, making it bespoke to you. It also creates a great focal point!
