New pattern imprinted patio in Cheadle

A patio can be a great outdoor area that can be used for dining, barbecuing or just simply relaxing.  It can visually enhance your garden and add interest to what could be an empty unusable space.  A patio that runs adjacent to the house can be a brilliant option especially if it flows out from a living area such as a conservatory.  While inside your home, a patio draws the eye outside and can create a seamless flow from home to garden.

Planet Surfacing recently designed and installed a patio area to the back of a house in Cheadle, Stockport.  We took the time to talk through the various options available as well as to design the patio based on the requirements of our client.  The client chose Sandstone with mahogany release, printed in Ashlar cut stone.  For added interest, following our recommendation, our client decided to run a Cheshire cobble path from the conservatory door to the raised patio at the back.  We also built a wall around the raised patio.

As part of the finishing touches the cobble path was acid edged for added definition and a cobble star feature which was also stained, was included.

The attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship which created the stunning results can be seen in the photograph of this bespoke designed patio. We were really pleased with the results, but more importantly so were our clients.
